Use of cancer medicine for fertility:Drugs controller under journal fire
It is related to controversy related to Sun Pharma to market letrozole, a breast cancer medicine prescribed for post-menopausal women, for infertility treatment.
Novartis, holds patents on letrozole and globally markets the medicine under the Femara brand.
The accusing finger is raised by the Indian edition of Monthly Index of Medical Specialties (MIMS).
