Hangover of Raj in Republic of India
Some days back, in China, someone gave the theory that how India can be fragmented. There was strong reaction against it. However, in the hitched report, there is wisdom given by Vayalar Ravi, a Union Minister. If that is the perception of a government then China is quite confident about its evaluation.
