What will happen if the teachers, in an institute which has been researched to the status that it would get higher pay packets to its students, feel that if their students can earn more than them then why do they not leave their teaching activity and themselves go and get such packages? Then what will happen to such an institutions? Will then they come down to rank of such institutions from where the students will not get higher pay packets?
